Cozy apartment of 30sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can usefully slide down to the bakery Bake 200m away and buy yourself something freshly baked. Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Nice, fresh apartment located by Åre square with proximity to everything. Balcony facing south. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you get to feel what it's like to swim in fresh mountain water. All lovely hiking trails are also around the corner. Christmas, New Year, weeks 8 & 9 and Easter week are only rented out for whole weeks.

Beautiful area as well during spring, summer and autumn with trails for walking and cycling right outside the door. About 5 k to Åre Town by car.

No car is needed—it's only a five-minute walk to shops, restaurants, ski rentals, and the train station. The ski bus to Åre stops just 50 meters from the house.
