Our place has open views on all sides, with no neighbours to either side. It has independent, exclusive access from the street. It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

House on the magnificent beach of Arenal d'en Castell, on the north coast of Menorca. This two storey property has been recently renovated in a sailor design, very in keeping with its beachfront location. On the top floor there is a self contained apartment with separate access which comprises a kitchen, dining room with small terrace and double bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The property has fans on the ground floor and air conditioning in the apartment. Its being rented only together!
