Apartment holiday rentals in Arezzo

Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

Wonderful place to stay in Florence. A short walk from all the sights. Great pizza restaurant literally round the corner. We were a family of four for just three nights and that worked great but it does mean losing the living room sofa so any longer might have been a little bit of a squash. Would be perfect for a couple for a longer stay. Great host.

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Amanda war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 20 min leicht erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die wichtigsten Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte die Straße etwas störend sein und die Nachbarn unter der Wohnung sprechen fast die ganze Nacht relativ laut - für diese Umstände ist Amanda aber natürlich nicht verantwortlich, das ist nur eine kleine Kritik an die Umgebung.

A perfect apartment in the middle of everything. And yet surprisingly quiet. We were lucky to arrive on a Sunday with flower market on the piazza. Wow!! If we some day come back to Greve we know where to stay.

abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte per un concerto al Nelson mandela forum. posizione ottima ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni c'è di tutto..pizzerie, ristoranti, super mercati, bar ecc. l'appartamento è molto pulito e ben tenuto, non manca nulla. Vanna è stata molto carina nel farcelo trovare già riscaldato, cosa non scontata con altri host. consiglio anche per soggiorni più lunghi in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort. in più il centro di Firenze è poco distante, con la macchina o con i mezzi di trasporto. se dovesse capitare torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

Very nice apartment. Very clean and has everything needed for a confortable stay. Would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.

L’appartement est facile à trouver et accessible en 6 minutes depuis l’aéroport. Le centre-ville en 15 minutes. C’était agréable d’y séjourner et nous avons été bien accueilli.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato, in posizione centralissima. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole soggiornare in un paese straordinario come Cortona.

Camillo et Eva sont des hôtes charmants. Très bonne réactivité de leur part et échanges très cordiaux, Je recommande vivement cet appartement très bien situé à deux pas du Duomo, très calme ( appartement donnant sur l'arrière avec très beaux points de vue sur les toits et la cathédrale ), bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et spacieux. Sans hésiter, lors d'un prochain séjour à Florence, je reviendrai dans ce lieu.

Hugo nagyon kedves házigazda. Röplabda meccsre mentünk Perugiaba. A szállás ideális helyen van. Közel van a csarnokhoz, a központba nagyon egyszerű bejutni a minimetroval, aminek az állomása nagyon közel van a szálláshoz. Bármikor szívesen visszatérünk!

토스카나 여행자들이 꿈꾸는 숙소 그 자체입니다. 숙소를 향해 가는 길에서의 풍경, 숙소를 둘러싼 초록, 화려하지 않으나 고풍스러운 건물과 가구들 사흘을 머물렀는데 ... 기회가 되면 "한달살기" 같은것을 해도 좋겠다고 동생과 공감했습니다.

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

L’appartamento si trova in ottima posizione a due passi da piazza del campo. L’host si è mostrato sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta.

Siamo stati accolti in modo molto gentile dal signor Claudio che ci ha fatto il check-in. L’appartamento si trova in un antico palazzo ed é davvero molto bello, ne siamo rimasti molto colpiti, inoltre era molto pulito e arredato con buon gusto. I nostri due cagnolini erano i benvenuti e accolti con molta simpatia. Il letto e i cuscini proprio di prima qualità e devo dire che abbiamo dormito proprio bene. Ci trovavamo 7 minuti dalla piazza del campo , così visto che il tempo era piovoso non eravamo lontano dall’appartamento. Il signo Claudio ci ha indicato diversi ristoranti dove poter mangiare bene. E devo dire che ne valeva la pena. Ringrazio ancora di cuore il signor Claudio per la sua grande professionalità e gentilezza. Speriamo di rivederci quando torneremo ancora a Siena. Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Kids love it and kitchen are well equip!! Thanks marco for your beautiful place and hosting us!!! I recommend this place for quiet country side place.

Abbiamo passato un eccellente soggiorno con nostro figlio e i miei genitori nell'appartamento di Valentina. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, Valentina è molto gentile e attenta a dare tutte le informazioni utili per rendere la tua vacanza il più piacevole possibile.L'appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per cucinare.Dispone di un grande giardino con piscina comune.. Indomma un posto paradisiaco! Speriamo tornare presto!Raccomandabile al 100%

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.
