The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done when guests check in. Pool heating is up to 33 degrees

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
