The house is beautifully situated on a hill in a garden with berry and rose bushes. From the house you have a beautiful view of Lake Östra Silen. This is the accommodation for those who want to live in the middle of nature with comfortable features. The house is under renovation which will be finished before check-in.

Noak House

Stay in our charming countryside house built in 1905, renovated but still maintaining its original essence and details such as windows and carpentry. Decorated with vintage/antique Scandinavian furniture and lamps in order to create a cozy and authentic environment Surrounded by a lush garden, with direct access to the deep forest crossing a little stream on our hand-made bridge. Adjacent to the house runs a small countryside road which leads to the village of Ed (12km).

Welcome to our modern cottage at Arvika! On about 40 sqm it offers the ideal retreat for nature lovers. The open living area with fireplace and large window front offers a magnificent view of the countryside. A staircase leads to the sleeping level with a double bed. The small kitchenette is well equipped. The modern shower room and terrace invite you to relax. Close to Arvika, ideal for hikes and excursions, it is the perfect place to enjoy Sweden!

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.

Then take the rowing boat out to fish a perch that is fried over the fire in the evening, that's pure Sweden! The internet has a speed of 300/300 Mbit! The speed is more than sufficient for working from home. There's a TV with German programs.
