Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Arkansas River

Covered parking was a plus and a welcome basket was sweet. Very close to TU.

The unit was exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, and easily accessible, giving me a home base while I visited family and friends in the area. Mia was very friendly and responsive.

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

We appreciated the early check-in. The place is exactly as described in a wonderful location. The decor was marvelous.

Host was very attentive and responded quickly. So close to Garden of the Gods and the manitou cliff dwellings.

I stay at these cottages often. They are comfortable, quiet, and roomy. If you want a great stay in Pawhuska I highly recommend.

The location was great. My dogs loved the backyard. Everything was very comfortable.

David's place was perfect for our visit and David was an exceptional Host! We were in Wichita to visit family and were coming from different parts of the country at different times. David sent the entry code way ahead of time and we were able to access the house ahead of schedule, which was so nice! The kitchen was well-stocked, not only with utensils but also with spices and condiments (thank you!) so we were able to cook for ourselves. The house is pretty historic, and David displayed information about the house and people who built it and lived there. After we arrived, David stopped by to explain the light switches to us (so helpful!). The Grand Room had plenty of seating to gather the family together, and there was a big dining table for games and meals. Despite being right next to the river and street, the neighborhood was very quiet. There was plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street next to the house. It was cold, so we didn't use the outdoor amenities. Next time!

Hard to thank Kelly and Eric enough for the wonderful time we had in their gorgeous home. The house was immaculate, stunning design, generous accommodations (coffee, teas, spices, etc) in what might be the most idyllic neighbood in all of Taos (just minutes to downtown). Kelly and Eric was so helpful in their suggestions and area recommendations...quick responses and warm, friend-like support to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We just LOVED their house and our family had an outstanding, relaxing experience start-to-finish. Thank you both SO much. Couldn't have been more perfect for us.

This place was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. The size was perfect for our group, the house was very clean, the hot tub was amazing! The house was very roomy and comfortable!! Lots of outdoor space as well as TVs in every bedroom plus’s both living areas and on the deck. Everyone in our group was satisfied and we left feeling pleased we chose this particular house to make memories in!!! Thank you Eric for sharing your house with my family!!! BTW we had total of 10 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable.

My stay at Dina and Adam's guest house was a special time - just what I needed to get away from city life, and spend time tucked away in high desert nature area of Santa Fe. I hiked nearby most everyday. The casita was quiet and beautiful, with a full kitchen for me to cook/eat at home while I was writing and working online. Dina and Adam (and their large puppy;) were all friendly, and I barely saw them even though they live right across the road. Thank you Dina and Adam for a wonderful experience in the casita!

Great gathering place for two families for the holiday. Kids loved the deck games and bunk beds. Adults loved the well-stocked kitchen and bedroom that opened to the deck. The town has a great drive-through lights display for the holidays. Ha Ha Tonka had a variety of hikes for all abilities nearby. Overall beautiful house with everything you need, especially for kids (the amenities are as listed for sure). Directions about the driveway and house entry were detailed as they needed to be. Would go back again!

Josh’s place is modern and convenient. It was a great location for the many places we needed to go in Springfield. Josh is friendly and helpful..

The home was clean and comfortable, massage chair was a great addition, plenty of space and tons of activities on the property. It was wonderful for the kids. We had plenty to experience without leaving the property.

Had a great stay here! The views were so pretty and I loved how peaceful it was.

If you like the mountains, and you like to ski, mountain bike, or just check out of the world for a week then Ted's place is ideal. It's walkable to the slopes and some restaurants, and a super short drive to all local shops and dives. Ted's place is super nice. It's well maintained, clean and comfortable. The wi-fi supported our x2 remote work needs perfectly. Ted is a wonderful host!

Beautiful place! Great view off the back deck! Pictures are very accurate of the inside. Dog Days Bar and Grill literally 2 min walk across the street. Very short drive for shopping and restaurants. Jason was a great host to work with! Can’t wait to stay again.

Wonderful experience! Condo was clean and spacious. Great location if planning on going to Silver Dollar City. Great communication when we had a parking issue arise and they helped resolve it.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was in a beautiful setting. We had coffee on the screened in porch. We also took advantage of the fireplace when the weather cooled off. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
