From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Bakhuisje on the Lek

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

In de Cherry Cottage kom je tot rust en kan je genieten van het prachtige uitzicht over de weilanden. Dit stijlvol ingerichte red ceder huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De hout gestookte hottub kan bijgeboekt worden voor €50 per keer en geeft een Scandinavische beleving en is inclusief vers water, krat hout en hamamdoeken. Along meadows with knot willows, you drive into a cozy village. At the church, you turn into a dead-end road. Soon you will reach a black cottage surrounded by greenery; our guest house "De Hooischuur". As soon as you enter the detached cottage, it immediately feels like coming home. An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where once was the haystack of this farmhouse from 1878. The guesthouse has a bedroom with a double bed, a seating area and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is a separate room for breakfast and a spacious private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Guests have access to the entire upper floor, with free entrance. There is no cooking facilities, but dining and takeaway options nearby. Suitable for two adults.

A beautiful Tiny House on the Rivierdijk in Hardinxveld; a new pipowagen in the middle of the greenery. You are entirely on your own. Wonderful if you want to get away from it all. You can look into the meadows from your chair. The Tiny House has its own bathroom and a kitchen with hob and fridge. A lovely bed that can be set up as a double or two single beds. The nice seat completes this B&B. On beautiful days, you can enjoy the spacious veranda and private garden all around.
