Over 80 years old cottage after a general renovation, it turned into a small, cozy cottage. The work of my husband's hands. 2 rooms (living and mezzanine with access to the terrace), a spacious bathroom with two sinks and an original stone shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining room and a fireplace.

The house is located on a hill in Yalov near Lower Usti and can accommodate 4-6 people. On the ground floor there is a hallway, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a fireplace and an exit to the 50-meter terrace and a kitchen.
