5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The bus station is only 100-200 meters away, so you can easily commute to Sankt Moritz and Corvatsch ski resort. A supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are just 100-200 meters away. The location is simply perfect and you will easily reach many beautiful places Silvaplana can offer.

Baita Palma is the ideal accommodation for families, couples or friends who love to be in the midst of nature, without depriving themselves of the town's "nightlife." In fact, our apartment, completely renovated in the summer of 2020, is located a few steps from the center while remaining in a quiet and secluded area from where it will be very easy to access the ski resorts. Our apartment is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet and is the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool, the sports center with tennis court, playground, Zwergenweg, a small supermarket and the bus stop is right around the corner.
