Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arouca

Beautiful location, private and serene, Maria Lurdes is a fantastic host. She took time to show us around and explain the local culture and towns. The house is beautiful with so much space for games, gym, office space, living area is spacious for large groups. The river is right in front with easy access. Will definitely go back again to enjoy the house and Maria’s great hospitality. Would easily give the place 6 STARS out of 5!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! I would like to thank Marisa and Rui for all the affection and attention during our visit. It's always very helpful and showing real concern in making sure everything was perfect for us. The house is exactly as in the pictures: impeccable, comfortable and extremely clean. The place is quiet and quiet, perfect for those looking to rest in the midst of nature. The view is simply incredible and the jacuzzi was a great highlight for us to relax even more. The house has all the necessary kitchen utensils, which was great for us as we really wanted to enjoy and rest without going out to eat out. We were greeted with bread, wine and a welcoming fruit basket. A detail that made all the difference! Without a doubt, we would be staying here again. I highly recommend! ❤️

The space is wonderful! Was the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, even shampoo, softener, towels for the pool! I want to return for a stay of more days and enjoy the rest of the house and I will recommend 100%! It is 20 minutes from Porto and there are ubers on site. The pool space and jacuzzi is very nice, both with the indoor pool and discovery! The temperature of the pool is wonderful! Tiago was always ready to answer any operating questions or location! Thank you for this amazing weekend!

We very much like the stay, the house is located in a very quiet area and close to areas for walking routes and restaurants a few minutes by car. We went with our 4-legged mascot and it was great, the house has a lot of outdoor space for it to run and play and very close, the trails of the Ecopista do Vouga are located. António was very helpful and attentive. Your mother, Dona Gina, simply fantastic. Very worried so that we would not miss anything in the comfort of the house and still had the kindness of giving us some very good regional sweets. We will certainly return to the Teacher's House!

Me and my family had a lovely stay in this beautiful property, it was very quiet and the views were lovely. The property had lots of space and we loved the pool and outdoor kitchen area. I would definitely recommended

Lovely studio with breathtaking views, perfect relaxing end to our holiday. We were welcomed and made to feel at home by the hosts who had really put their heart into the place. We were given fresh lemons and great local recommendations!

The accommodation met our expectations, everything was clean, new and quite cozy. The space was enough to enjoy a quiet family holiday. The space has everything that was needed for everyday life and the leisure area is very good especially for those who have children. I really liked the location too! Very close to the beach, close to the train station that goes fast to Porto, just by foot there is a little market and it is a super quiet area that is what we were looking for for a good night's sleep. For those who are celiac or have a gluten intolerance, right there by 6 min by car has the Celícias bakery which is 100% glutenfree and the sweets and breads are wonderful. Sónia was also very friendly and was always at the disposal of any questions. I highly recommend it!

The accomodation is beautiful and Sónia has thought of almost everything to keep a family entertained during their stay. The pool and garden are stunning and definitely deserving of 5 stars! Unfortunately due to the cooler weather we didn't get to use the pool this time but it's beautiful even to look at. Sónia met us when we arrived and showed us around. She gave us some local information, tips on where to eat, shop etc. She was very friendly and helpful. Sónia was also very responsive when we needed to contact her at 9pm on our first night (thanks!). This is a beautiful place to stay.

This home is a gem! We love it! It is so spacious with 4 bedrooms and a huge terrace the size of a one bedroom apartment. The view through the huge windows overlooking the neighbourhood and forest is so beautiful and relaxing. However, you must have a car to go about as not much is walking distance (also no side walks). The place is quiet but not too quiet. The road at the front gets quite busy sometimes but the noise is not disruptive at all. The huge table in the living room was perfect for working remotely. The white lighting in the house is great for working. There's also a lot of sunlight as there are sliding doors in every room. It can get cold sometimes but the house is not humid at all, and the AC heating heats up the house easily. Shower is great. Spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is huge with everything we need for cooking. We're also really grateful to have a dishwasher! Diana is very friendly and helpful when we have questions. We highly recommend this place and the host! :)

Stay in a great neighborhood, renowned for port wine, with a beautiful view of old Porto. The place was clean, on a quiet street, the amenities matched the photos. The owner immediately responded to messages, the check-in process without any problems.

Rui very attentive, the house is amazing… everything very organized and clean, I see the care and love in every corner of your house! I felt at home… The energy of the place is spectacular. I loved it!

I loved my stay! Check-in was very flexible and extremely easy. Very good organization so we could be more relaxed about the check-in time. The house is amazing, I easily felt that I loved living there. The place is super quiet and peaceful and allows you to relax and enjoy the rest. D. Maria Luísa was very, very dear. She promptly sent all instructions and always answered all questions. She always had a word of appreciation in every message. Definitely a place I recommend!
