Happy days, quiet evenings you find here. Large house, with 3 bedrooms, plus sofa bed, deck, planned kitchen, service area and covered garage. Incredible natural lighting. Pets are very welcome. For your leisure, the house offers a swimming pool, and barbecue area – perfect for gathering family and friends. It has 24-hour security. The house is 15 minutes from downtown Torres and 15 minutes from downtown Arroio do Sal. Close to everything to enjoy the best days of your season.

I rent out house no. 2 with a swimming pool, in the Alfa resort in Arroio do Sal/RS. It has 2 bedrooms, fans in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, internet, Sky, Netflix, an equipped kitchen, a closed patio, CINDAPA alarm and monitoring. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF FRIENDS, ONLY FAMILIES. WE DO NOT RENT TO EVENTS OR BIRTHDAYS. The rental is for up to 7 people. NO LOUD NOISES. We do not provide bed linen. No more than 2 small pets. The cleaning fee is R$ 200.
