Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Perfect location for those who want to make excursions on the west coast and also have walking distance to the sea and nature. Beautiful swimming area with jetty and beach. Bed linen and towels are available to borrow for a fee of SEK 100. Maximum 4 items (please let us know if you need to borrow more) A 10-minute drive to public transport with good connections to Gothenburg and plenty of commuter parking spaces. 20 mins by car to kongahälla center and Stenungsundstorg.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

At a convenient distance just 19 minutes by car is Marstrand, one of Sweden's most popular tourist destinations. Barely an hour's drive from Landvetter airport.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

If it is not bathing weather, Kungälv, Marstrand or Gothenburg (Liseberg) are not that far away. Here is a unique small marine bay, with a small marina and large sea.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Segelmakeriet is the perfect place if you are looking for a hideaway for a night, long weekend or longer. In the room there is a double bed that is made up for you. It is also possible to sleep well in the sofa bed in a separate part. You each have a bathrobe and a large comfortable bath towel for saltwater bathing as well as shower towels. There is a coffee machine and carbonated water for free access.
