Enjoy long days of kayaking, rowing and fishing from your own jetty. Stroll along flowering paths, pick chanterelles and berries on a forest walk. Or feel the calm in a lovely warm bath in the tub, outside the house.

Lakeside 19th century farm with undisturbed location

Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Cozy cabin by the lake

We offer a whole summer cottage for relaxation. The cottage has a main building with one bedroom that can accommodate a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with gas stove, wood stove, fridge, dining area, wood stove and a couch. The guest house which is directly adjacent has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the possibility to charge phones. There's a mole toilet indoors, but we don't have running water. We provide drinking water, bed linen and towels. The forest offers lots of berries and mushrooms

Enjoy the beautiful Swedish countryside. Take a walk down to the lake Rottnen for a morning swim, or enjoy a long breakfast on the veranda. If you like hiking there are plenty of paths to follow and if you are lucky you will see an elk or deer. The house has a high standard with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the lake and landscape. Four bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and tv-room with Netflix. Suitable for nature lovers and families. We will do our best to welcome you to our home!

Go fishing, biking, hiking and swimming in the fresh lake water or have a barbecue on the beach. Supermarkets and sporty/cultural activities within 20 mins away by car. Or, relax on in front of the fireplace with a good book. There are endless possibilities to enjoy a fun, pieceful and healthy holiday in Swedish Värmland. All seasons have their own charm.

Relax with the whole family in a mansion setting. Here you have the whole upstairs of 220m2! with room for up to 10 guests for yourselves. Bada Manor is beautifully located between Lake Fryken and the gushing Bada River. Here you can enjoy a gofika in the manor's cafe or buy gifts at the farm shop. The mansion is surrounded by gardens where the farm sheep and cows graze.
