The balcony is both under the roof and outside and offers a hot tub that can be used for a small fee. Perfect sun position with morning sun on the front and evening sun on the back by the patio. In the vicinity there is both lake and forest, playground, football and basketball court (balls are available to borrow) and walking distance to Arvika's finest beach with mini golf course, illuminated walking paths and canoe rental.

More central, you can't come! This is a beautiful three bedroom apartment with a balcony and parking in the courtyard. The apartment is located on the second floor and is suitable for families with children, couples and friends on the go. All amenities are available such as wifi, laundry room, properly equipped kitchen and parking. In the master bedroom there is a double bed. In the smaller bedroom there is a double sofa bed and a foldable extra bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet. (Bed linen available to rent as well as buy cleaning.)

Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.
