Cozy, fresh cottage of 50 m2, about 70 m from the sea with lovely swimming and hiking on cliffs. Several patios. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Both beach and cliff swimming within 100-200 meters. Small kitchenette/kitchen and 1 sofa bed 140 cm, as well as 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with small fridge-freezer, 2 induction plates, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave and TV with Chromecast. Small multi-gym + Trx. Same property as the main house. Close to Golf, Gothenburg and Varberg. Large Ica and bakery about 2 km. Rented weekly, Sat-Sat. Non-smoking. Perfect for 2-3 people + possibly a dog.

Outside there is a private terrace with access to a barbecue. The cottage shares the plot and lawn with the residential building. Parking with a charging box is available. Distance to swimming about 200 meters and 2 km to the city center with ICA and restaurants. About 30 min to Liseberg and 45 min to Gekås Ullared.

You will stay in a detached guest house with a large terrace facing the sea. The house is bright and comfortable. There is A/C. We want you to enjoy your stay with us. "Best" sea view, 200 meters from family-friendly sandy beach. Viken is one of the most popular places all year round for kiters and surfers. Immediate proximity to nice bike paths and beautiful walks to different coves, cliffs with trampolines. To the train station in Åsa, about 3 km. Bus stop 150 meters. To Varberg 30 km. Kungsbacka 25 km, Ullared 40 km, Gothenburg 50 km.

Cozy little cottage in Åsa. Walking distance to the sea, beach, shop, bakery, restaurants, candy store, fish cart and ice cream cafe. Close to Kattegattleden bike trail. The area has nice beaches and promenades. The cottage has a simple kitchen with fridge, small freezer, bench stove with oven, microwave. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Small washing machine. Sleeping loft with a double bed and two single beds. Patio with outdoor furniture. Close to the train into Gothenburg, Kungsbacka and Varberg. Bed linen is included.

Charming house near the beach

Ta chansen och bo 200 meter från sandstrand, hav och brygga. Mitt i centrala Åsa fast ändå lungt. Många utflyktsmål och orörd natur i närheten. Även Göteborg, Varberg och Kungsbacka är bara ett stenkast bort. Njut av solen på din egen uteplats. För familjer finns det barnstol, spjälsäng, sällskapsspel och uteleksaker tillgängliga. Det finns även stand-up paddleboard för den som vill utforska havet. Har du med dig cyklar? Då finns det möjlighet att låsa in de. Ett paradis året runt!

The cottage is located near the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).

Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 50 meters to a shallow sandy beach or swimming at the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa, there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops and is only 30 minutes by train or car to Gothenburg.
