Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Welcome to cozy Timmervik. Here you live close to the forest and the sea. Perfect location for those who want to make excursions on the west coast and also have walking distance to the sea and nature. Beautiful swimming area with jetty and beach. Bed linen and towels are available to borrow for a fee of SEK 100. Maximum 4 items (please let us know if you need to borrow more) A 10-minute drive to public transport with good connections to Gothenburg and plenty of commuter parking spaces. 20 mins by car to kongahälla center and Stenungsundstorg.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.
