Tranquil Smithfield Cottage in Country Setting

My place is close to family-friendly activities , approx 5 mins from the Ashburton township and an hour away from the Christchurch airport and Mt Hutt Skifield. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children). In June 2019 we have added additional accommodation of two beds (without bathroom facilities just along from main unit) and table and chairs. Ideal for groups busy exploring. Bathoom facilities provided in main unit suitable for 6 people.

Entire stand alone house with internal access garaging. A home away from home! Light & comfortable. Double Glazed, Heatpump & a/c, TV + Netflix, fridge + freezer, washing machine. DVS. UNLIMITED WI FI. Queen bed, single bed and a fold out bed. DISCOUNTED WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RATE! Easy to find and so very close to amazing cafe ( Cafe Time offering a great all day breakfast!) Plenty of wardrobe and storage cupboards to unpack. Ashburton shops an easy walk or 2 minutes by car. Relax and enjoy.

Welcome to our small farm. We are situated approximately 5km between Ashburton and Lake Hood. Close to Lake Hood for wedding guests attending weddings as well as being close enough to town. We have a two bedroom cottage. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 (recently added) can either have two singles or a super king bed. If you are after some peace and quiet this lovely little cottage is the place to come. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS OR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 8 YEARS OLD.

Situated on the Inland scenic route [High way 72] and only a short drive to Mount Hutt ski field and the Ashburton Lakes /Lord of the Rings country.For a longer drive Geraldine is only 30 minutes away and the Gateway to the beautiful Southern Lakes . The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.
