Located in the village of Broadford, you get the best of both worlds, a quiet, private hilltop retreat that’s close to all amenities, only ten minutes from Newcastle West. Whether you’re visiting to explore the local area or simply looking to unwind, our home offers a peaceful base with easy access to nearby towns, pubs, and shops. This spacious cottage, with its large yard and sweeping views, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Irish countryside.

Urban Tranquility Tree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

Any additional guests are charged at 25 Euros per night per guest. NB. If the booking is for 2 guests AND both bedrooms are used , ie one guest in each bedroom, the price is €95.00 per night for the cottage. Charleville is 3km away with shops restaurants and bars .
