Acorn Hut has everything you need to stay comfortably and is particularly suited for nature lovers. Its small Hobbit wood burner will keep you snug and warm on a cold evening. Toilet/shower. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.
