With Rangiora and Christchurch a mere 10-25 mins drive there is plenty to do and see before relaxing in a tranquil country setting. Well behaved pets are welcome. Our farm-style B&B is the perfect place to relax in tranquility. Only 20 minutes from Christchurch City and two minutes to the local town, this guesthouse is the perfect rural experience without being far from where you need to go. The Ponderosa B&B is self-contained and independent from the main home, with private access and parking. We welcome dogs and can even arrange grazing for horses. It is fully furnished for your comfort, down to board games, tennis court and fresh chicken eggs.

The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind in our newly renovated shed. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed has a lovely private deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. Stargazing on a clear night is a must too. The Shed is bright, comfortable, Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Please note there is no Wifi available, but we do have a Chromecast plug in.

Quiet, close to Amberley and Waipara vineyards

Separate wing of house, king bed, en-suite shower, private sitting room with log burner; ideally situated in North Canterbury near the Waipara wine growing region. 45 mins. Christchurch Airport Easy walk into Amberley town with shops + cafes 20 min. drive to Rangiora. Waipara wineries within 15 minute drive, restaurants + cafes. 60 mins to Hanmer Springs, hot pools + walking. Short walk to Amberley Domain. To note: No smoking and no pets policy. Not suitable for children under 12.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.

Little Haven

A stylish, cosy, comfortable and soothing haven. The living space is furnished with lounge seating and a desk. The bed has a very comfortable mattress with natural fibre bedding. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with smoothie maker, electric elements, mini oven, electric frypan, microwave, and a washing machine. Rangiora town centre is a short drive or ~15 min walk to cafes/restaurants. Rangiora Showgrounds and river are close at hand and a bus stop is a short walk away.

Landhuis Homestead

Landhuis Homestead is nestled up a kilometre long private drive and set on 20 acres of beautiful farm and homestead. Enjoy your own private garden and lawn that leads down to the private pond. The property is bordered by a serene running stream to explore. It has country charm with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. Cosy up on a cold night with the brand new log burner lit or enjoy lazy summer nights on the sheltered deck enjoying a home cooked BBQ and a cheeky wine.
