Unique and nice apartment with beautiful south-facing views of the lake and Kalvøya. Centrally located close to Sandvika city centre. 10 min to the train, stores, cinema and restaurants. Walking distance to Kalvøya and Sjøholmen. Cozy and undisturbed villa area. The apartment is newly renovated and is located on the ground floor in Casablanca, a beautiful funky house. It is a lovely studio apartment (45 m2) with a bedroom in the living room, but also with a sofa bed in the kitchen and the workroom area. Private patio and parking space.
