Little Saltkråkan

Hot tub, sauna and sea bath - Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with almost all the facilities you need. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or there might be the possibility to rent the "attefallsstugan" separately. It is a hidden idyllic place that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At the time, the island was called Trälen. You can see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. Enjoy the sea view and the birds chirping. Maybe a ride in the kayak. And end the day in the hot tub after a barbecue on the balcony. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Here you can experience Gothenburg's unique archipelago while having access to Gothenburg's other offerings.

Own house in Örgryte. Gothenburg's best location!

Smart TV, Apple TV and SONOS. Fully-tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, combined washer/dryer. 160 cm bed in loft, sofa bed 120 cm. Table + chairs. Smart lock with code for open/close It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Swedish Fair, Scandinavium or Liseberg. To Liseberg it is exactly 1000 meters walking path.

Fully equipped guest house near the sea with garden

Close to the sea in Lerkil with swimming on cliffs or beach is our fresh guesthouse of 3 rooms and kitchen. The house is suitable for 1- 4 people and is equipped with everything you need, even for longer stays. In addition, sheets, towels and final cleaning and two bicycles are included. You will have your own patios with barbecue and garden furniture, here you can really relax in a calm and peaceful environment. Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Nice townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 30 min from Gothenburg

Well-planned townhouse with double patios and 4 bedrooms on the same floor! Walking distance to the sea and bus stop 150 meters from the house, which takes 30 minutes to central Gothenburg. Welcome to this charming townhouse in an idyllic area close to the sea and nature. Only 10.6 miles walk from the sea. Nearby is Billdal's park with playground, café and horse farm. In addition, Nya Hovås is 5 minutes away by car, with a large grocery store, several restaurants and a cozy little center.

The house on the hill

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

Lovely chain house (gable) in quiet and child-friendly area. The nearest swimming area, Rörvik, is at 10 min walking distance with proximity to many more swimming coves such as Nästebadet, Smithska cape, Möttvik and Ganletbadet. There is a grocery store, mini golf, playground & pizzeria in the area. Central Gothenburg can be reached by bus in about 25 minutes (10 km). Landvetter airport with car approx. 30 min (24 km).
