Kärraborg – A Historic Retreat with Coastal Charm! Welcome to Kärraborg – a unique getaway in beautiful Kärradal, just three minutes from the beach, hiking trails and a stone’s throw from the popular restaurants Fridas and Jippies. Kärraborg was built in the 1920s by a French countess who used the house as her summer residence. Perched on a charming stone foundation, the home is reached via short stone stairways that lead up to the entrance. Today, the house has been carefully renovated by the host into two separate living areas, each with its own private entrance. The guest accommodation includes a private patio where you can enjoy dinner, sunny breakfasts, or simply unwind in peace. There’s also space for play and relaxation in your own part of the garden. The guest space offers two bedrooms – one with a double bed (160 cm) and one with a bunk bed – plus a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. The bright and airy living room opens up to the kitchen, making it perfect for cozy summer evenings together. Explore the scenic cycling trails along the Kattegattleden to Varberg or Espevik, visit nearby nature reserves, or stay local for crab fishing, beach days, and delicious dining in Kärradal. An EV charger (10 kW) is available, and bikes and other gear can be borrowed for a smooth and adventurous stay. The host provides towels and bed linen for all guests during your visit. In the main house, directly adjacent to the guest accommodation, lives a family with children: Christofer and Hanna with their two sons, Bob (6) and Jon (1). This makes the guesthouse particularly suitable for quieter guests who appreciate a family-friendly environment and are comfortable with the possibility of nearby children’s play. Attefallshuset, Lesses Farm

An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Here, you live near the sea with a swimming beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. Welcome to Måsagården in Bjurum, north of Varberg! At our renovated farm from the early 1800s, there is this newly renovated farmhouse with kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. In this environment with a living countryside, there is proximity to nature. There is a grocery store, restaurant and swimming area within cycling distance. This place is suitable for those of you who want to get out to the country's peace and quiet. Since you are the only guests, you will have the adjoining garden for yourselves with seating and barbecue.

Welcome to our cottage with proximity to both sea and forest. Here you can settle down with a book in front of the fireplace or just rest your eyes on the sea and the meadow in front of the house. The proximity to the sea, and the silence and tranquility is the best part about our house. We built the house with the help of family and friends during the winter and spring of 2022-2023. Most of the wooden furniture is from oaks from our own plot. We have built a house that we ourselves want to live in, so we hope you will enjoy it!

From the trainstation you can find yourselves in Göteborg or Halmstad within the hour.

Welcome to relax in our unique & newly-built 30 sqm guest house. The house is located near the sea and Träslövsläge's cozy beach. Close to restaurant, fish shop & beach tavern. Close to shopping in the discount store Gekås (about 30 minutes by car). The guest house is built in the corner of our property and is completely private with its own entrance with a code lock. Large patio with barbecue grill.

About 1.3 km away is Espeviks camping with a large beach. 1 km to nature reserve. Plenty of walking paths. Wonderful patio in high location. There is one bed, (160cm wide) and we permit 2 guests, however small children are of course also allowed free of charge.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. It is hard to get closer to the sea. Peaceful and quiet location with nature reserve all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna are available all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation"; here you can work in peace and quiet with fast Wi-Fi.
