A relaxing and spacious annexe room set in a rural location with views across open fields towards the Malvern Hills. Set in a peaceful area, this annexe room offers the feeling of being in the countryside whilst also having excellent access to the motorway network making us a perfect choice for both business & leisure users. A double room with adjacent (pull out single bed also available upon request) sofa area, TV and en suite shower facility. We also accept well behaved dogs by prior agreement

Sleeps 2-4 guests in two double rooms (bedrooms are open plan). We can provide a cot. There are two sofas, sky TV, broadband and a dining area for 6. There is also a wet room. Kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer & microwave & air frier. Off-road parking and separate access also.

Fairways Annexe is found in Sinton Green situated 10mins drive from Worcester and beautiful Worcestershire countryside -some beautiful local walks, the R.Severn, Witley court and the Malverns, all on your doorstep . You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron, toaster plus crockery are available upon request.
