An Astorian’s private room for you :)

This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Colorful, quiet room near LaGuardia/NYC

Bright and comfortable private room in East Elmhurst. It’s a great neighborhood to explore. It is close to LaGuardia Airport and easy to get to Manhattan. Be aware that you should allow an hour to get to most parts of Manhattan and longer for Brooklyn. I travel a lot so you may be there on your own. Light cooking or no cooking is preferred.

A spacious living room features a vibrant pink sofa facing a large screen TV. A colorful area rug enhances the floor, while a glass dining table surrounded by white chairs is positioned near tall windows draped with blue curtains. Soft lighting is provided by contemporary ceiling fixtures.
