This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

One private bedroom in a 2nd floor apartment. Your room is fully private and guest bathroom shared, but rarely used. Our bedrooms (mine and roommates) and a separate bathroom are on a different floor. *5min walk to 2 M/R train lines *7 min walk to N/W train lines. access to Manhattan and Brooklyn. *12 minute drive to LGA airport 35min drive to JFK airport *Safe neighborhood with many amenities.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. I offer one bedroom in my duplex home where I live with my husband. My daughter is also a co-host. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We mostly stay downstairs but the living room and kitchen and patio are shared spaces if you choose to use them and are located on the second floor as well.
