The apartment is good for couples, business travelers and family with kids. People can also enjoy a very nice gym, a spa and sauna. We also have a pergola with a nice garden just right in front of it. You'll feel the difference comparing with other choices. We're sure you won't want to leave our place.

As it is a residential zone is very quiet. If you like nature, Isla Santay is near, you can get there walking 15 min. By car, airport is 15 min away and downtown 10 min. Main bus lines (Metrovía) has stations 5 min by foot and other secondary lines, at the corner.
