The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. - The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we can accommodate a maximum of 4 for the same price (in that case, please let us know so that we can prepare for 4 guests). - We're registered as a VUT (tourist accommodation) with the Regional Government of Andalusia. This is why we're obliged to request a passenger register, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building.
