Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). We welcome you to this apartment on the 1st floor of our house, close to all outdoor and mountain activities. Ax Bonascre 25 min, the Beille plateau and its cross-country skiing 25 min, close to the Pas de la Case (45 minutes). In summer, you can also enjoy many climbing and hiking sites, as well as the heated outdoor pool in Aston, which is a 5-minute walk away.
