House with large garden, recently fully renovated exterior, newly renovated bathroom and large kitchen with pantry, living room partially renovated, otherwise the bedrooms and hallway are showing their age and are waiting for a good coat of paint. But a pleasant house anyway. 1st floor: Kitchen, living room and a bedroom for two, single beds. 2nd floor: Bathroom with toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Garden furniture is outside and a grill is available. Harbour and Otnesbrygga right next to it.

We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and does not have passing traffic. Here you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the island life, whether you want to relax, fish, hike or enjoy yourself with friends. It is a short way down to the sea and good sun conditions. When the sun is out, it's warm on the covered porch. There is good bus space both on the property and in around. Supplement for normal cleaning 1400,-. Lovely sea and mountain views Peaceful, swimming areas, nice base for trips on Nordmøre, mountains and fjords. There is no boat on site. Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (about 2 hours). Grocery and small local mall approx. 20 min drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Support Point" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to the fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well arranged for families with children as there are made off-road trails, zip line etc. Plenty of opportunities!

Small farms with rural and very quiet surroundings. The place is fully furnished in 50s style but has everything you need of modern aids such as dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave. Electric car charger is also on the farm. Upon request we can also provide fishing trip on the sea, yarn setting in fresh water and guiding in the mountain areas. We can also offer side tasting, wine class and pop-up restaurant in the small farm.
