Stay in the middle of Flåmsdalen in rural idyll, with gorgeous mountains and waterfalls. This is the place for those who want to live in nature. There is a rich species diversity in forests and wildlife. The cabin has both a terrace with a dining table and a hammock and its own small garden. The small farm is located at 266 meters above sea level. About 20 minutes drive from Flåm city center. We live in the house next door, so if there should be anything, just contact us. The driveway to the small farm is steep, but we also have parking up by the road if needed.

Halvardhytta - Fjærland Cabins

Cottage with astonishing view in tranquil surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowboat is available during the summer months. The cabin has a mini kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave. No dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heating in the floor. Living room with lounge group, dining table and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are very small. Covered porch with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are not included. When snow, you have to park by the road and walk the last 50 meters up to the cabin. Parking at the cabin during summer.

Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Stova has me kept in old style. The house is located on a farm where there is a sheepholding. Great space if you want to roleize surroundings . We have a cat on the farm. Nice view over Sognefjord. Approximately 1.5 km to the convenience store (self-service open every day 07:00-23:00) Feios is a small village located 2 miles from Vik. Lots of nice hiking opportunities. Spacious apartment situated central in beautiful Flåm. About 500 meters down to the village center where you find restaurants, shops, grocery store, Ægir brewery and pub, Fjordsafari, Fjord Sauna and Flåm railway. The apartment is perfect for couples or families. We have 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed (180x200 cm), bedroom 2 has two single beds, and bedroom 3 has one single bed. Welcome to Klokkargarden - the quiet pearl in Aurland! The old part of the house was built 1947 and we are now the 4th and 5th generation living here. It has always been Marit’s favourite place and it is growing on Espen as well. The new part of the house where you find your flat was was finished 2018. The outdoor area is still "work in progress" - but lift your eyes and you can see the beauty of the Aurlandsfjord. The flat is well suited for 2-3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 young children.

The use of a boat with a small outboard is included in the price, unfortunately not in winter. The cabin has three bedrooms, a veranda facing the fjord, and is equipped with fiber-optical WiFi, TV with ASTRA international channels, shower, washing machine, dishwasher and a wood stove. Boat must be booked in advance of arrival.

The village is also known for its goat cheese made from local milk. Historically, the site was home to the local post office and steamship expedition.
