Ponta dos Cambarás is in the most upscale area of the Avaré dam, it is not a condominium, perfect for the family, it is 15 minutes from the city where right at the entrance we have the Tenda Atacado supermarket, and on the road going to the dam km 271 we also have the BIZUNGA ILHA VERDE gas station and convenience store at the entrance to the dam, we also have the wonderful Toa Toa restaurant, which is in front of the dam, our freshwater sea, that's what the beautiful Avaré Dam is called, those who know it, fall in love and always come back

Casa do Dindo is located in a quiet and safe residential complex, offering two air-conditioned suites and a quad bike for rent. The condominium beach has parking and a free toilet at the Marina. It is praised for its clean waters, light-coloured sand and beautiful sunset. It is close to the market, bakery, snack bar, ice cream parlour, marina and petrol station, and is only 20 minutes from the city. To make the most of your last day, we allow you to check out until 6 pm. We also have a small plot for rent.
