Águeda is known for its “umbrella sky project” program that takes place during Agitágueda, July and other activities throughout the year. There are river beaches, Alfusqueiro, Redonda and Bolfiar 8 km away. In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

The Lodge In Blue, is one of the rare houses of Aveiro historic centre that, although modernized, still holds a genuine feel. Near the Chapel of S. Gonçalinho (1714), next to the Fish Market, and near the typical bars and restaurants, the three-level Lodge In Blue has been partially rehabilitated in 2014, retaining many of its original materials, giving it the atmosphere of the traditional Beira-Mar houses of the 50s.
