Isaksbo Manor - Guest Wing

There are many nice things in our area. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. In winter, we have a nice ski area where we can offer nice artificial snow trails early in the season. Find more info at Dalahästens Skidcenter.

Urban apartment by the lake Runn.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Charming house by Dalälven

Welcome to the charming house by Dalälven! The house is suitable for those of you who want to enjoy the tranquility but still be close to town. The house is only 1200 meters from downtown Avesta which makes it easy to get to restaurants and shopping on foot or by bike. It is also walking distance to the Old Village, Avesta's oldest neighborhood. Here you can walk along the river on the nice boardwalk and see buildings from the 1630s. The accommodation is newly renovated in 2024 with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.

Älv-Hyddan

Welcome to this cozy nest at the Dalälven edge, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and wifi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot bathes in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the jetty. Firewood and canoe are on site for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and one 140cm sofa bed upstairs. Ps. Look at the water for the beaver at night

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Renovated old cottage with own lake and stream.

Welcome to Landberga. Enjoy the calm all year long in this carefully restored cottage with all modern amenities located on a farmstead. With the forest close and big green areas, a lake, ponds and the stream, you can enjoy nature right from your doorstep and have lots of space for different activities, such as swimming, hiking, fishing. And within kilometers you have more lakes and the cozy small town of Sala with its good supply of restaurants, nature areas and shopping.

Cottage by the river

Nybyggt hus/stuga med fantastiskt läge vid Dalälven. Välkommen att känna lugnet och harmonin i denna naturnära, vackra miljön precis i utkanten av stan, endast 3 km in till Avesta centrum där restauranger och shoppingcenter finns. Stugan ligger på vår gård och en värd finns därmed ofta till hands.

Lea's basement - Cozy cottage in the countryside with fireplace

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Approximately km to central Hedemora.

The property is suitable for those who want to enjoy the tranquility and nature, parties not allowed.

Here you live in a rural idyll but close to forest, swimming and fishing in Dalälven. Nice hiking trails in the forest and nature, where you can pick mushrooms and berries. 500 meters to the swimming area with cafe, boat and canoe rental, etc. There are several docking places for your boat.
