At the Nautical Club Hangar you can rent canoes, kayaks and pedal boats, as well as enjoy the municipal swimming pool and river beach. Solar boat rides are also an attraction you can enjoy.

MonteZinho - House on the Dam

MonteZinho is located on one of the banks of the Maranhão Dam reservoir, with direct and private access to the waterfront. It is a rare and privileged place in its location, where the sounds and colors of the typical Alentejo landscape abruptly erupt through the water mirror of the reservoir. The 3 hectares of the property are filled with hundreds of olive trees and other fruit trees that will, for sure, give an even more special flavor to your stay.

São Martinho Estate

The Herdade de São Martinho is part of one of the oldest mountains in the region and is located in the municipality of Avis. The Monte belonged to the ancient Order of the Templars and later to the Religious Order of Avis. Having been in the same family for several generations, its small houses, previously inhabited by workers of the Herdade, have been remodeled for those who want to enjoy life in the countryside as if they were in their own home.

Benavila's Peace and Calm House

Our house is in **Benavila**, a charming village that offers a true taste of Alentejo culture. It's the perfect escape from city life, inviting you to dive into the tranquility of the Alentejo countryside. Our home is the ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. You'll be close to the **Maranhão Dam**, the **Abreu Callado Foundation**, the **Avis Swimming Pools and Nautical Club**, and you can explore local food at the traditional taverns in the area.

Monte da Boavista - Country Family House

Country House perfect for families with children, and/or big groups activities. You can rent the house for yourself or just one room and share with other guests the rest of the house including the kitchen. Very nice surroundings, beautiful sunsets, peaceful and quite. Fantastic for walks, horse back riding (lessons on demand), swimming pool, bicycle rides, and there is also a playground with swings, sand pit, and toys to entertain your children.
