Apartment holiday rentals in Avoca Beach

We wanted a place to stay that was outside the busy city but still city accessible and this was the perfect location. Public transit was easily accessible with a bus stop just across the street and a small grocery store too! The locale felt very safe and we were able to park on the street in front of the house. Pip was so helpful and friendly in giving us suggestions of things to do and went above and beyond to send us bus schedules for our trip over to the Harbour.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The views were astounding and we were able to get out and do a lot during the day even with the rain. The property manager Tony was great to communicate with, had flexible check in and out times and was very responsive to any needs we had. Overall we had a great time.

Edyta & Darius were top hosts. Super friendly, open and helpful. We could have chatted with them for hours. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend so special. Your humble abode was the perfect place to get away and nice & close to 8 on Trinity for our lunch. The bed was comfortable, space with clean and neat and the location easy to find and whisper quiet.

The apartment, cleanliness and location were great, I was very pleased indeed. A little disappointed however that I asked for a little extra coffee and another small milk and was told no - that the amount there is for 2 nights.

Place exactly as described. Close to transport links if you don’t have a car, easy bus journeys to a number of local beaches. Most beautiful garden at the house, great veranda to spend time enjoying the outside. I would defo stay again if I wanted to be at the southern end of the central coast. I didn’t try the local restaurants in East Gosford but they all looked busy on a weekend which is a good sign. Good local coffee shops too.

Views were spectacular and an overall great space.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

If I could give Sally 10 stars I would! Sally was super friendly and made our stay 100 X better than we were expecting. She was hospitable, made us feel extremely welcome and offered advice on where to go and what to do. I was really sad to leave... the house was immaculate and the surroundings were like paradise to us. So much so that we are already planning our next trip to Mona Vale! cannot speak highly enough of Sally or the premises. Extremely grateful 🥰

This was the second time we stayed at Naomi’s place and it was just as good as the first time round. Naomi was also very responsive and helpful when our travel plans needed changing at the last minute. We’ll be back again.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. It was like brand new and was extremely clean and tidy with all the amenities you’d need. The location was just a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Avalon. Hosts were super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch.

We stayed for a weekend (2 nights) and had the most wonderful time. The views were absolutely stunning, so serene and peaceful, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine on the balcony. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, from the beautiful amenities to the little touches like beach bags and umbrellas, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Words can't describe what a wonderful place Lucy and Andy have created. It felt like home the minute I stepped in the front door. And what a novelty to have such friendly and welcoming hosts that live on-site! It had everything I needed and I loved my morning walks from Freshwater beach to Curl Curl along the board walk.

It’s a wonderful place near Dee Why where our family lives. The surroundings are beautiful, and the location is very peaceful. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely host for our stay in Woy Woy. Convenient location, peaceful neighbourhood and great get away from the Sydney CBD. Manual given was detailed and made check-in very smooth. Shona is a fantastic communicator and any questions were promptly answered. Would recommend for a home-away-from-home stay.

Helen’s studio is a great place to stay. Highly recommend it and she is a lovely host!

This is the second visit to The Entrance and this property… 5 years apart. It will always be my go-to stay when I visit Central Coast. Peter is friendly and proactive and the apartment is spacious, immaculately clean and real value for money. The rooftop terrace is the highlight for us, magnificent views, loads of different seating areas for eating, relaxing and socialising - with an outstanding hot tub! We would recommend this apartment 100% K&S. UK.

We recommend staying here. It's a small walk up to the main corso, but far enough away to avoid the noise amd crowds. The unit was clean and tidy with the roof top spa a hit with the kids. Sunsets are divine. Only draw back is the rood top BBQ was very fiddly. There is however a secondary BBQ on the other balcony.
