Mr. Islam, first of all, thank you very much for everything, we were very satisfied, we felt your hospitality even if you could not come, thank you very much, we rented a house from airbnb many times as a group of🙏🏻 friends, but the place we were most satisfied with was the villa demeter. You have a peaceful home completely surrounded by nature. We would also like to thank you for taking care of any issues we have and hope to see you in🙏🏻 better days ✨

We had a wonderful time here! We stayed three nights and would have stayed longer if we could. The property was beautiful, cozy, and super clean. The pool was a lovely reprieve from the heat, the property is just a 30 minute drive from beautiful beaches, Ephesus, and other incredible ruins. The breakfast was the best we had in Turkey, with olives, olive oil, and figs from the property. We had dinner onsite as well and it was equally delicious. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and all the information you need to explore the area. Highly recommend!

Thank you Jason and Sirem for being such perfect hosts and making our stay at Ionia so memorable. We felt very looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, with a seating area outside. Have to say the breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had at an Airbnb, incredibly generous and all homemade. And for those days you just want to take it easy and laze by the pool, lunch and dinner can be provided too. Well placed for Ephesus, Magnesia, Sirence and Selçuk and not too far from the beach if you have a car. Great tips for places to visit too. An all-round star of a place.

We had a great time! The host was very friendly and helped us get around. The location is beautiful. It is right next to many touristic places and removed enough, so you can have privacy. Definitely recommended!

If we could give Mr. Asil and his family 6 stars to the junkie:) * They made us feel at home from greeting to goodbye. *The house is set on 33 acres of large land. It was safe and surrounded by nature. *The house was spotless and had everything we needed (kitchen utensils,bath towels, coffee and tea maker, etc.) * They provided wood for the fireplace and stove. There are also 2 active air conditioners in the house. * It has been a nice playground for my two year old son. * I definitely need a car for transportation. The road is paved and comfortable. If we go to this area again, we will definitely choose the house of Asil and his family.

Ilker and his family made us feel so welcome from our initial contact. Illker was so helpful and did everything he could to accommodate our families needs. The motel is beautiful and homemade dinners and breakfast make the whole experience unforgettable.

Our stay with Pamir was unforgettable. The garden is beautifully landscaped and invites you to linger, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos and the view of the bay of Kusadasi is simply fantastic. Paamir gave us valuable tips for exploring the area and was very hospitable and helpful. A villa is very tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location couldn't be nicer either. I highly recommend Pamir's place,it's very special.

Such a sweet & peaceful place! The residence has its own beach, which has a big plus for us. Olena was very helpful and responsive. As other hosts mentioned, kitchen would be great with a small upgrade.
