Very pleasant stay, you can all walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Victoria was very responsive whenever we had any questions.

Angela is a super friendly and always available host. The place was also super clean and in a really nice location. The beach was right near the place. I can recommend the place with full conviction!

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Exceeded expectations. Location was perfect, seconds away from the sea that you can see from the terrace (beautiful view) two public beaches in walking distance, great restaurants within minutes, the right amenities for a week long stay. I could not recommend any higher, we loved our stay and appreciated the quick communication and flexibility of Theodoros. We visit Cyprus every year and would absolutely book again. We stayed for 6 weeks at this place. Overall it was really really good. Communication was great and if there was a problem either Shuki or Ali were there to fix it. Oven is not currently working but I have said this to Shuki. I suggest to get a car because there is not much in walking distance (be aware of driving “restrictions” in Cyprus). A supermarket is approx 5 minute drive away. Also, the electricity went down 3 times during our stay but it was fine overall. Wi-Fi is okay but if you are two people working can be a bit difficult sometimes. Apart from this, the property is really nice and we suggest it. Thanks Shuki and Ali.

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Just back from Paradise Villa at Elena and Nick's and we all had a wonderful time! :) Although a little out of season we enjoyed the beautiful local AtianThekla beach, friendly locals and amazing food wherever you went. The villa was peaceful and woke to birds singing and the lovely palm 🌴 trees and flowers 🌺 everything at the villa was super clean and as you would expect to find. Elena also kindly left us some local breads and wine (delicious 😋) for our late check in - so thoughtful thank you!! ❤️ Only one thing we would ask to add to the property, is that there be an extra long mirror in the ensuite bedroom for getting ready to go out drying hair etc. We are grateful and thankful for such a good week and even the weather was perfect 👍🏼

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

Nikos is a very experienced host who provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. He arranged the airport transfer for us, which saved me the hassle, and seemed reasonably priced. The welcome food pack was much needed as we had arrived during the night of Christmas Eve. Nikos also provided us with the traditional Kleftiko meal a few days later, which was a lovely gesture. The villa though not quite spotlessly clean, was tidy and well maintained and is in a good area, just a short walk from the stunning beach waterfront. There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Many were closed as we went out of peak season but there was still enough places available for our requirements. The free use of the car is a great perk of the property, which we used for day trips into other areas. We enjoyed our time in beautiful Cyprus.

The apartment is beautifully located directly on the sea. With the pool, sun deck and nearby beach, you can spend relaxing and relaxing sunny days here. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment nicely furnished. Ingolf is always easily accessible for questions. We enjoyed the days here.

Apartment was very nice. Pool area good with showers and toilets. 5 minute walk to Nissi beach. 10 minute walk to nearest bus stop. Bars and restaurants close by. 2kms from Ayia Napa centre.

This was a great place to stay! Just next to the beautiful palm beach. There are good restaurants around. It was very peaceful walking next to the beach and it is very close to the walled city. Annabelle is very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place !! Enjoyy ! I'll be back 😍

Our family stayed in this house for ten days . There were questions about cleanliness at check-in. After communicating with Jeanette, they learned that she changed the cleaning company, and the company did not treat its work in good faith . All issues were resolved and nothing else overshadowed our stay . Quiet , stylish place. The apartment , especially in the kitchen, has everything and even more . The swimming pool has a swimming pool . However, in the evening, we saw how local dogs were splashing there. The territory is green and well maintained . The beach is in 5 minutes walk , equipped with sunbeds and shower . This bay is very shallow , good with small children , not quite comfortable for an adult. A wonderful turtle beach with clean and warm water is 20 minutes away. And if you are lucky on it, you can watch volunteers at 20 00 release small turtles into the sea . The store is a kilometer from the house , you can easily walk . The supermarket offers all the groceries . I want to say thank you to the hostess for everything .

Very convenient location, spacious homelike feel to the place, very helpful host, private parking provided, and the outside patio was also a very nice surprise to find in the busy area of Pernera.

Andreas is a great and very friendly host, the flat is directly sited on the sea, we had a wonderful holiday stay!

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!
