Our place is in Büyükhusun, 8.5 km from Assos, in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale province, in that peaceful village where people still do not lock their doors. It wouldn't be a lie to say it has the most spectacular view of the village! The sea as far as the eye can see from the valley, Lesbos right in front of you, Ayvalık Islands on your left, Kadırga Bay on your right… The fresh air of the Kaz Mountains, absolute silence, maybe the occasional bell sounds from a flock of sheep or goats. Where the stars are seen most clearly! Away from the crowd, close to the clouds.

It is an off-grid house located in an olive grove. It gets its energy from the sun and its water from the rain. In the spring months, the garden is completely covered with wild flowers. On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of Lesbos on one side and a view of the mountains and valleys on the other. You can take long nature walks during the day, and you can swim in the sea within a 5-minute walk. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you hear no sound other than birdsong.

The village house, where you can stay with a peaceful family for those who are overwhelmed by the chaos of the city, with a view of the assos and pony, is 3 km away from the assosa Kadırga Bay beach:5 km =7 minutes or so Sivrice Bay beach:12 km =15-20 min *Turkish coffee, filter coffee, and capsule coffee machines are available; you can bring your own coffee to use. *Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available; you can enjoy watching films. * Heating is provided via a heat pump. *There are no towels or a hairdryer; please bring your own.

Arıklı is a village in the Kaz Mountains, connected to Ayvacık and Küçükkuyu. It overlooks Middili Island and Ayvalık Bay from the slope. The distance to the sea is 2 km. The village is an old Greek village. Küçükkuyu and Ayvacık are preferred for shopping. There is a grocery store. You can go hiking You can swim in the clear and cool sea. You can reach Assos, Babakale, Adatepe Zeus Altar, Kazdağları Ayazma, Apollon Smintheion, Alexandria Troas, Bozcaada and Troy Ancient City and Museum by car on a daily basis.

We designed the interiors of these buildings, the youngest of which is a century old, to meet your indispensable habits.
