One of best places we've stayed in so far. Fozia's interior design skills are kick-ass, very well thought thorough, practical and beautiful. We loved everything about the place. And Fozia is very nice, we enjoyed spending time with her. The places is fully equipped for long stays. The internet and the inverter were damn very reliable, we were working from here for months. The open kitchen and the island felt very homey. The security folks were so nice and friendly. The neighbourhood felt very safe as well. Would love to come here again sometime ♥️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly cooperative, responsive, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Communication was fast and helpful, and they were always available to answer any questions or provide local tips. The place itself was perfect — exactly as described and even better in person. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The decor was tasteful and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was also ideal — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed, including shops, restaurants, and public transport. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality from the host. It’s clear they care deeply about their guests’ experience, and it made a big difference in how enjoyable my trip was. I would absolutely recommend this place to all.

Being a host myself, I think Arsalan was the perfect host. He ensured and flexible checkin & checkout time. The apartment was tidy and it’s more than enough for 5 people. The sofas, TV and lounge set up is great. Would definitely recommend him to other guests.

Home away from home….

A great place to stay at Bhurban, away from hustle and bustle. View outside the balcony was amazing. Very aesthetic interior and things were as described. Few points to consider for people who might have elderly or specially abled ppl with them: - There are couple of stairs to climb. - mobility to outside area eg. Shops, PC Bhurban, can be tricky as it requires a bit of uphill climbing or if you take shorter route via roof top then climbing few more stairs on the way. Overall a great place to stay in that vicinity, highly recommended!

Ahmer’s place was just perfect. We were 5 in our group and had a 3 bedroom apartment - all with air-conditioning and heating and attached bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the apartment very warm and cozy. On check in, the young boys who are caretakers welcomed us and helped with the luggage. Our apartment was serviced daily with change of towels and bath mats. We were never left wanting. Mushtaq the manager assisted with taxi bookings and helpful information. Ahmer’s wife Mahek popped by on our last evening and we had a great time chatting. They really are such lovely people and made us right at home. I would recommend this apartment as your choice for a visit to Kashmir. You can’t go wrong!

Wonderful stay and The finest host ever met.The property is very close to Srinagar Airport.Walkable distance to all necessary amenities.The most important part is The Great host.

This was my first time getting a stay through AirBnb and I was quite skeptical about the whole thing but boy oh boy what a smooth and comfortable experience. Okasha seems to be the professional as he had everything in place and the place felt like home right from the beginning. The best thing about our floor was the spacious lounge with two large windows and scenic views. Though it was my first experience of airbnb but it was so good that I have decided to always stay via airbnb and whenever I will visit this area next, I have found my first priority.
