The house is located in a high standard residence surrounded by a supermarket, fitness center, various restaurants and bars. The apartment itself has a SEA view, is new and equipped with all the premium equipment necessary for living. These include washing machine, iron, air conditioner, TV and more. I am sure that it will be an ideal place for couples or friends who come to Baku on vacation.

This villa is located in a peaceful area, 30 min drive to the city and not far from the airport. Beach is 30 minutes walk. Guests can enjoy of indoor and outdoor swimming pool, playstation and pooltable. For stays over 3 days, there is a free airport transfer (up to 4 people). Every second day we will change a bed linen. Moreover we will wash your dishes and take care of your garbage. All these services are free of charge. Upon request we can provide a breakfast and barbecue dinner.
