Casa das Poças

Charming, modern house, but with a rustic touch. It offers, on the ground floor the rooms and on the top floor a beautiful and large balcony where you can relax in the loungechairs or dine outdoors. Both, with an amazing view of the canal and the whole island of São Jorge. It also has a totally unobstructed view of the bays and parishes of the beautiful and indented north coast of Pico on your left. The interior space, in open spacestyle ,is modern and relaxed and the outdoor space offers you the ideal balcony for those afternoons or summer nights. It should be noted that, taking into account that the two floors are connected by an interior staircase, it is not advisable for families with young children.As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left side of the balcony a sunset, as in a romantic Hollywood movie - perfect. All rooms with a view, living room with glass from ceiling to floor in sliding doors that open the interior to the exterior. Bearing in mind that Casa das Poças is on a slope, it is not recommended for people with motor difficulties and small children. This house is part of a small family resort, within which is available the Magma restaurant, a grocery store, a yoga room and a heated swimming pool. Paradise.

New 5 bedroom villa w/pool, jacuzzi and BBQ in a private and safe area among pineapple greenhouses. 5' acess by car from the historic center beaches and bathing areas. Privileged location in Ponta Delgada, views of the sea and mountains. The surroundings inspire you to go hiking (near natural parks, 5' on foot) or do Yoga (very popular for this activity). The interior encourages conviviality with an open space layout and the division into the bedrooms allows for tranquility when falling asleep.

What’s special about our house ? We’ve got two spacious floors and each has a large living room a bathroom, bedroom and big terrace with view to the ocean . So it is a perfect vacation place for 2-3 couples/families where everyone could have a bit more privacy while enjoying their time together, meet the sunrise and explore the near by attractions .
