The apartment is beautiful. It has everything you need. Access is easy and coordinating with Yamila was super fast. She also recommended places to go to eat and always answered us very quickly.

Great experience and great space. Excellent fifth, space with a lot of greenery, very peaceful surroundings and surrounding areas. Very comfortable house with spacious facilities. Bathrooms and large room, kitchen complete with utensils, crockery and everything you need for a perfect stay. Excellent grill on the outside, pool and spacious sitting area. The place is impeccable and the location is excellent. It's just like you see in the photos. Everything is well equipped to spend a quality time. Sergio always lived in height. She helped us at all times and maintained constant communication. I recommend the stay 100%.

It is an ideal place to rest with a large park and many trees. It has all the amenities and places to stay in the park to relax, hammocks, lounge chairs and/or to have a drink outdoors. The best part is the private pool for each cabin. Very good service from the host Gustavo.

From when I booked until I left the depto it was an excellent experience. Lucia always responded and was sending us messages to prepare our stay. Upon arrival, Florence was waiting for us, she explained everything and was always attentive in case we needed anything. She was super punctual both upon arrival and departure. The apartment is just as you see in the photos, super clean, with everything in excellent condition. Something that is not common is that the kitchen is equipped with everything (absolutely everything) you need to cook and eat. Close to downtown, it will be a 20-30 minute walk, by car less than 10 in a quiet neighborhood. The only counter is that there is not much close proximity to eat or breakfast if you don't want to cook, which in this type of accommodation is not the idea. But having such a well-equipped kitchen, it's a matter of shopping in the warehouse around and getting yourself ready. If there is a new visit to Tandil we will surely choose this place again, the price/quality ratio is unbeatable.

The house is very nice, the host contacted us with local Alguin who was aware that we could enter even a little later than the public hours. The house comes with everything you need and more. It's very close to downtown, five blocks away.

The place is a dream, ideal for rest and relaxation. Juan Simón was very attentive to every detail regarding comfort, such as the natural eucalyptus in jars placed in the rooms of the house, a detail that we loved! And he also gave us recommendations for places to visit in the area. The pool is a dream, super comfortable and spacious, ideal for cooling off in the summer heat. The house was positioned with a view of the mountains, which gave it an even more special touch. Without a doubt, an amazing place!
