It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

Andy's bnb is value for money. It's homey, clean, and with everything you might need in the kitchen and living area. We enjoyed the huge TV with netflix, and the quiet surrounding within a private subdivision was a big plus as it was great for our morning walk and jog!

“Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended!” I had a fantastic stay at Rustic Suite. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay and I truly felt at home. The host, Ma’am Mymy, was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. The location was great, and the room was well-equipped. The wifi connection was also very reliable perfect for us ni husband na parehong WFH ang set-up. Very safe yung place and you will really feel at home. Overall, it was a great stay. We will definitely book this again pag umuwi ulit kami ng Bicol.

We enjoyed our stay at The Luxe Loft, it was near the places we want to visit and the place is accessible to deliveries from the restaurant's we missed eating at, only gripe would be the locks that are in place, would appreciate if they have the techy one's with codes or qr's, and also if its not too much to ask, an automatic washing machine, a microwave oven would really help a lot for longer stays!

Minimalist Condo Unit for Rent

Had to check-in at the last minute and Venvic was able to accomodate us. The place was clean, tidy, and even had board games which was cool. Even for a unit that’s small and good for two, there’s a lot of storage space for our belongings. The price is worth it with good internet speed as well. We also had to extend our stay so close to our check out date, and we’re grateful that he accepted it promptly. Thanks for hosting us!
