Holiday rentals with a patio in Bac Ninh

The accommodation was really great. I spent a month here and it is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The internet is fast and you can work from home. Hot water and good water pressure. AC is brand new and super quiet. Bed is super comfy. There is also a gym and co-working space in the apartment complex. The host was always available and responded immediately to minor complications and questions. Super well located in a small mini town in Hanoi and there was everything you need in the vicinity. Supermarkets, restaurants and spa and you can walk a lot and enjoy the nature and surroundings. I liked it very much, also because it is quieter here than in the city center of Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would definitely come back!

The place was exactly as described—clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive without being overbearing. Great location, with plenty to explore nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the place. We felt good in it from the first day and spent a month in it. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The apartment has everything you need. You might want to mention the bed - the mattress is really comfortable and the bedding is extremely nice. In addition, there are plenty of shops, services, cafes, etc. in the area. Ocean Park is also a great place to walk. The host is communicative and helped us with anything we addressed. One thing to keep in mind is the noise. The building is on the side of a busy street and at an intersection, so drivers use their horn all the time, which also happens at night. And because the windows have single pane windows, you can hear it. That's why I recommend using plugs. Still, I find this a great place to stay in Hanoi : )

We had a very pleasant stay at Hoa’s apartment in ocean park. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a TP bank around the corner that doesn’t charge fees to withdraw money with a monzo card. There is a shopping mall within 35 minute walk and the biggest man made beach in Vietnam. Takes about 45 minutes to drive from the airport. The host is very responsive, polite and helpful. We stayed at Hoa’s place on two separate occasions. The bed is big and comfortable. My only observation would be about the cleaning that could have been better and attention to detail. Also you will hear a lot of beeping from the busy junction on the road but with the windows shut it is bearable. The apartment is beautiful. Overall I would recommend.

OK, I'm from London and I am currently still staying in this airbnb and have been for the last two months. The area is ocean park and I love it because there are really nice places to go walking and its a little more chilled then busy areas. I personally love staying in this airbnb because the host is very very helpful, you can message her anytime and she will literally always try to help. I’ve asked many things and she's always came through for me which I love.  The apartment is lovely and very clean, its very modern and I would actually say its even nicer in person. The building has a pool at the top which is usually very quiet and theres a gym literally in the building behind which you have access to. There some other facilities as well but I mostly use those.  There's an oven, washing machine and pots etc to cook with. I also found a very nice reformer pilates studio and gym around the corner (hyperfit).  There is a receptionist so its also safe and lifts are super quick.

If you’re reading this just book it, the place is in a perfect area, security 24/7 for digital nomads WiFi is perfect, 24/7 shops local, mall is local, a bit far from tourist area for nightlife but it’s not an issue just get grab. Amazing stay.
