The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

Country house from 1700s, used till 90s as a farm, now wisely renewed to realise a delicious B&B with 4 bedrooms (each with private bathroom) in pure Tuscan style. You will have the EXCLUSIVE use of the ground floor of the villa, together with the pool, all the outside areas, the kitchen with all the appliances and yard with fresh vegetables. You will not have to share the location with other people, we rent to single groups/families to ensure you can enjoy your privacy and a pleasant stay.

The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

My apartment is located in the village of Villa a Sesta, on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, has two bedrooms, one double, the other with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. The outdoor space is very large and the garden has a large table and armchairs for relaxation, the car can be parked at home, we have a private parking space, arriving in the village you access the house from a small white road (30mt).
