Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer.
