Un departamento con su estilo único a la orilla de la playa. En la planta baja, su patio esta conectado al amplio area común. Disfruta del ambiente familiar relajado, donde se escuchan las olas y la brisa. Equipado con cocina, baño, AC, calefacción, TV smart, cajon de estacionamiento en frente del edificio. En la recamara hay una cama King con una bicama individual. Cuando la bicama esta en uso se llena el cuarto (casi de pared a pared) con cama. En la sala hay un sofacama individual.

Recamara King size, Smart TV de 86 pulgadas con HBO/Netflix/youtube, wifi abanico de techo con bluetooth. En el baño el espejo es touch con calenton y luz, el extractor del baño tiene bluetooth. Minisplits en recamara y baño. Hay un frigobar. El sillon da masajes y tiene calenton. Tiene una terraza en el 2do piso y otra en el 3er piso con vistas al mar y montañas. Tiene estacionamiento privado con cerco. Amablemente se les recuerda que no se permiten mascotas.
