We have been doing beach house rentals for many years and just added this house. It on the same beach as our "Amazing Beach Front Villa" home just 2 doors down the beach. Property has a strict maximum occupancy of 4 guests including adults and children. For larger groups you may book both our houses.

Nothing compares to this beautiful home located in the private gated community of La Hacienda just 6 miles south of San Felipe. Spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez during the day or city lights from your own private rooftop hot tub at night under the stars. The best San Felipe has to offer! The house also features an extra large 2 car garage complete with Level 1 and Level 2 EV charging available. Plus an extra half garage with room for ATVs and motorcycles.

It's an apartment 2 blocks from the boardwalk so if you don't have a car on your trip you won't have a problem, everything is close by. It is a simple space, which is why it is inexpensive. We are working to improve it more and more. It has all the amenities as well as a parking space. If you bring pets, it is important to mention that the rate is per pet. If you bring more than one, you have to pay extra directly with me 200 pesos per night, per pet!!
