Estúdio independente de rés do chão, cozinha e wc privativos, no jardim da nossa quinta. Além de uma cama de casal, dispõe de um sofá-cama (em "open-space") que prepararemos para uma reserva de 3 pessoas. Dispõe de ar condicionado, wifi, estacionamento privativo. Emprestaremos as nossas bicicletas. Vá até ao centro de Aveiro, explorando os PASSADIÇOS da Ria, a 5 min de casa. Use esta base para conhecer a região de Aveiro, o Porto, Coimbra ou, apenas, repousar uns dias numa agradável quinta!

A casa da Árvore situa-se na quinta Vale da SIlva Villas, onde existem outras 3 bungalows de madeira e um restaurante , o Casa da Sogra Rural Food Truck (ver no Tripadvisor) Por se encontrar a 6 metros de altura e acharmos que não tem segurança para crianças, só aceitamos jovens a partir dos 15 anos. A casa 1 boca eléctrica,micro, frigorifico. Não háTv nem internet Para se chegar à casa tem que se atravessaro prado onde às vezesse encontram animais. Recomendo calçado prático e confortável

Charming bungalow on a Manor with Pool and Garden

The holiday bungalow (approx. 70 m²) is located on an estate with a renovated, antique mansion house near Aveiro (25 km), Porto (50 km) and Coimbra (65 km). For the guests of this bungalow, there are three terraces: a small terrace bordered by hedges, another large terrace with barbecue and seating and a roof terrace from which, depending on the weather, you can see the sea in the distance. The 5000 m² lower garden has footpaths, countless trees, shrubs and a fish pond.

Casa das Santiagas is located in the municipality of Arouca, in the district of Aveiro, in a calm and quiet area, far from the confusion of the big centers. It is 35 minutes from the city of Porto, with most of the route is by highway, and has free parking. In the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 7 days, bookable from Saturday to Saturday. It is a good option for a vacation with family or friends, and pets are also welcome.
