A modern barn located in the buffer zone of the Biebrza National Park, in the Natura 2000 area, near the Biebrza River. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can admire nature here without leaving the house. Thanks to the glazing of the entire facade (18 m), a "living image" is observed - a 24-hour spectacle of nature. Depending on the season, you can follow the Biebrza floodplain, the flight of geese and cranes, the feeding grounds of beavers, the hunting of falcons, the fox, the walk of the elk, the goat and many other animals from the couch/bathtub/bed.

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boat are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. The all year house is located in the village Ruś, at the southern end of the Biebrza National Park. It is situated on a hill, by the Narew River, with a beautiful meadows and backwaters view. It is large area (over one and a half hectares), with a grove and two ponds - one is full of beautiful carps, roaches and tenches, the other one can be used for swimming. In a beautifully decorated house with oak floor you will find six bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace and a terrace room.
